Health care is a partnership, and we want a relationship with all of our patients and their families. While we must charge for uninsured services, we have established the ClinicCare Plans to help individuals and families conveniently pay costs one-time yearly and and up front, while supporting our IT and administrative environments. Your contributions enable us to continue to re-invest in our technologies to better serve you. We know how busy life gets and how much more convenient technology can make things. Even if you do not anticipate needing any or all of these services, by signing up for this plan you help support us in supporting you.
There are two optional ClinicCare Plan levels offered, Essential and Choice. Benefits for each are outlined below.
